As a creative, I have always had it in me to create my own healing. I didn’t know until I felt my life had no traction. As a survivor of molestation, abuse, and bullying, I found healing in the creative processes of creating art and visual journaling.

So, I offer creative healing through my art and books. I am inspired by nature and stories told by fallen trees, leaves that hold on during the winter months, flowers reminding us it’s going to be ok, and the sound of beach crashing waves. I see stories of resilience in nature that correlate to life. We all have the desire to thrive.
