Take a moment to think about you. Think about your day and how much of it you spend present in moments versus moving along in a routine. Are the mind and the body moving with purpose or just “being”?
By being your authentic self, you make room for shameless living. You make room for the good things to flow into and through you.
Advocacy looks like love, compassion, and empathy that promotes a fair and fulfilling human experience. Advocacy is promoting or showing support for a particular cause with action that replenishes the core of one’s soul.
